My aunt used to put flowers in a bowl for her kitchen centerpiece, which I loved. So I placed some fresh blooms from my balcony garden in my favorite teal bowl and painted them with acrylic ink on canvas. I invented a grayscale geometric background for them and left some evidence of the creative process in one corner.
