Chariot

In this series, I begin to consider the notion of transitioning between states of being...between the present and the future...between the physical and the spiritual...between one dimension and another. I believe there is so much about our universe that we cannot even begin to comprehend with our limited senses. Much the same could be said about our own minds. Are their places where sky and sea merge...where dimensions meet? Imagine if we could travel, in the blink of an eye, from this physical realm in our present time and space to another world--one just out of our reach, but so close we can almost reach out and touch it. Are their portals that allow us to enter those realms...a higher plane of existence? Are they attainable within the recesses of our minds...our souls? Is it possible to rise above the chaos, the corporeal, to reach a state of bliss we have no words to adequately express? I have chosen the female form to explore some of these ideas...in an elevated state of being...metaphorically, if not literally moving between worlds.
