At Salmon Falls, El Dorado Hills

This plein air piece, painted on location, aims to catch the immediacy of the moment, as if my easel were set up amidst the natural orchestra, with every brushstroke preserving the dynamic dance of sunlight; vivid blues ripple harmonizing with the earthy tones of rocks and the lush greenery that cradles the scene. The intention is to not only showcase the visual spectacle of this place but also to evoke the sensory experience – the gentle sound of rushing water, the aromatic embrace of nature, and the subtle caress of the breeze.
