Autumn On The Virgin River

This is a studio painting done from digital images and several plein air studies that I did in Zion National park a number of years ago. I did several studio paintings from the digital images and plein air studies but this scene was my favorite. The color and the values and the scene itself was just to beautiful to not paint the best that I can paint!
