Just Another Pandemic Monday

This is a picture of my husband in a quiet moment and deep in thought as he reads the newspaper. I took the original photo at the end of the pandemic in February of 2022. I painted it in February of 2023. I used both the photo, life, and my imagination to create it. The main articles in the news were about the winter olympics in China, the approaching one million dead count due to Covid-19, and lining up of Russian troops on the Ukrainian border.
